Since then I have worked with an executive coach to grow in emotional intelligence and marry my natural ambition with the skills needed to lead a team to achieve at a high level . . . and have a lot of fun while doing it. I’m a natural leader and creative thinker who is obsessed with the end user of whatever project I’m leading.
